Instructions
  1. Make your banoffee biscuits up as usual (adding water and then rolling onto greaseproof paper) then I used my two ramekins to cut out circular shapes to make the base.
  2. Bake for roughly 10 mins and let cool for a second.
  3. I actually save a tablespoon of my morning shake powder to mix into my yoghurt later but you can flavour it how you like. (toffee works well with this)
  4. Mix yoghurt with flavourings and spoon on top of the biscuit in the ramequin.
  5. Then top with a little quirt of syrup I went for butterscotch on this one.
Recipe Notes
  •  I managed to make two ramekins out of this so depending on the dish/ramekins used you can really make them last. Enjoy.
