Instructions
  1. Heat a frying pan on the hob and spray 3 sprays of fry light.
  2. Empty out the banoffee porridge pack into a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in 3 table spoons of cold water.
  4. Whisk in an egg white to the mixture until it forms a batter type mix.
  5. Pour out three even pancakes into the frying pan! Fry on each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the heat & plate up pouring over 1 or 2 table spoons of Waldens Farm caramel syrup!
