  1. Cheesy Muffins
  2. Mix oatmeal pack with 4 spoons of fizzy water, an egg white and a grated babybels
  3. Fry light a medium Yorkshire pudding size tin
  4. Divide mix into 2 holes then bake in oven 10-15 mins until risen and firm
  5. Muffins
  6. Mix the oatmeal pack with 4-5 table spoons sparkling water, grated a babybel into the mixture and an egg white and stirred well
  7. Bake it in the type of tray you make the medium sized yorkshires in. Frylighted 2 holes well, poured in and cooked low and slow for 10-15 mins.
  8. Hash browns-
  9. Dry fry chopped onion, Leek and fine grated courgette.
  10. Strain in a tea towel to get rid of water. Left me with about 150g total cooked weight. Add egg white
  11. Fry light the other2 holes in the yorkie tray.
  12. Add fry light to mixture.
  13. Mold into tray and oven for 15.
