Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Boil just under a quarter of diced butternut squash seasoned with pepper and rosemary and add a chopped garlic clove for flavour. Once soft put in a food processor.
  2. Sweat off another garlic clove and about 30g of onion and add it to the butternut squash.
  3. Add a 1/4 of vegetable stock gradually for your consistency and blend.
  4. Add a fork of quark cheese for creamy flavour and add seasoning if needed.
  5. Blend till its like a soup.
  6. Cook chicken or Quorn chicken in a pre heated oven at 175°c until cooked through.
  7. Steam the vegetables until crunchy and add them to the sauce and cauliflower rice and chicken/Quorn chicken. The cauliflower rice makes it thick.
