Instructions
  1. Wash the Chicken livers then remove any fat.
  2. Fry the onion in a non-stick pan then add the Chicken liver.
  3. Add the half Beef Oxo and a little water and fry until the Chicken liver is cooked (should take around 15 mins). Keep topping up the water so it doesn't go dry, should be a bit sloppy at the end.
  4. Add seasoning then whizz it in the food processor until it's smooth.
  5. Place it into two dishes and let it cool and settle a little. (Will keep in the fridge for the next day).
