Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Weigh the swede, place on microwaveable plate then heat for 1 min per 100 grams in the microwave.
  2. Turn the swede over then heat again for the same time.
  3. Take the swede out of the microwave (careful as plate will be extremely hot!) leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the swede in half then peel off the skin with a knife (or fingers as it shall be very easy to peel at this point!).
  5. Cut into the chips then place on a baking tray with a few sprays of frylite.
  6. Place in a preheated oven at 180°c for approximately 15/20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
  7. (Optional) Add season with herbs of choice or salt / soy sauce.
