Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Fry the onion in coconut oil Frylight until it is soft then add 100g Quorn mince, 1 teaspoon turmeric, grated ginger (thumb size), 3 cloves grated garlic and salt to taste.
  2. Add a splash of water, 30g petit pois and a good amount of coriander leaves to finish.
  3. The ginger makes this dish hot but if you prefer you can also add the chilli flakes to make it hotter.
