  1. Chop up onion, butternut, leek super fine and put into a big pan along with carrot and swede mash - with a little water and let cook on a low heat for 25 mins.
  2. Add chopped beets and cook for a further 15 mins.
  3. Add more water to get the right consistency and then pop in plenty of herbs, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. I then popped mine in my blender and whizzed it down to a smooth paste.
  5. Portion into freezer bags and grab when you need! Voila 🙂 x
