It's difficult to get a fillet that's exactly 100g unless you buy from a fishmonger, but if you make it for more than 1 person you could cut off any excess and put it on someone else's plate! I don't think you need any rice, etc. with this but you could add some (Slim) rice or pasta, etc, if you wanted. The pic shows it made with halibut and asparagus from the recipe site (I adapted the recipe) - I scoffed mine too fast to take a photo!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190C
  2. Choose a baking dish that will take fish, veg & mushrooms in a layer, side by side
  3. Spray Frylight and brush to cover dish bottom
  4. Season fish fillet on both sides & put at one end of dish
  5. Place veg next to fish, then mushrooms next to veg
  6. Season the veg and mushrooms
  7. In a small bowl mix the other ingredients and drizzle them evenly over the fish, veg and mushrooms
  8. cover with foil and back for 10 mins, then another 2 mins with foil removed.
