Instructions
  1. Cook the spinach, cauliflower & broccoli in some boiling water.
  2. Put the fry lite in a frying pan and cook the Quorn.
  3. Once the vegetables have cooked put them in the frying pan.
  4. Take the pan off the heat and add in the fage. Grate the babybel into the pan and allow the residual heat to melt the cheese.
  5. Serve with zero noodles (blast these in the microwave for 3 mins, then add to the pan!)
