Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Put oatmeal and heaped teaspoon of vanilla shake powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add water one teaspoon at a time until mixture takes on the consistency of cake batter
  3. Put one teaspoon into 6 silicone cupcake cases, split the remainder equally between the cases. Place on a baking tray in the top of an oven preheated to gas mark 3 for approx 20 minutes or until golden.
  4. Let them cool!
  5. Whilst cooling mix 25g of Quark with half a teaspoon of vanilla shake powder (add more if it's not sweet enough for you) then use the "cream" to sandwich 2 of the biscuits together.
