Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Mix the porridge pack with a tablespoon of water so it has a dough like texture then flatten it out at the bottom of a small loose base tin. Put in the oven for 20 minutes then leave to cool in the tin.
  2. Mix the jelly with 280ml of boiling water until it has dissolved then leave it to cool but not set.
  3. Mix the Fage/Greek yoghurt with the milk. (You can do it with different quantities of yoghurt or milk depending on how thick you want it and how much you can fit into your meal planner. Eating the whole thing in one go will probably take up your whole milk allowance for the day so be careful!).
  4. Once the jelly has cooled, slowly pour it into the milk/yogurt mix but stir it in as you pour. Make sure the jelly has definitely cooled before you do this because it will curdle if it’s too hot.
  5. Now pour the whole mix into the tin over the porridge base and leave it in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
  6. Once it has set, remove it from the loose base tin and drizzle the Waldens Vanilla Creamer over the top. Enjoy!
