Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Sweet chilli sauce: Finely chop peppers and garlic
  2. Cook on the hob with water.
  3. Add salt chilli flakes and LEMON SPRITZ (S&S water flavouring). Then mash it all up to combine.
  4. Meat balls: Combine beef and chicken with herbs and soy sauce.
  5. Lightly blanch the courgette then wrap around the meat balls.
  6. Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Boil vegetables till cooked
  8. Plate everything and dollop sweet chilli sauce over meatballs.
